Ricardo Fumanal
Ricardo Fumanal was born in Huesca, Spain (1984).
He studied at the art school in Lleida where he specialised in graphic and advertising design. His career took him to Barcelona, where he worked as a graphic designer. After collaborating with a number of studios and art directors, he focused on producing illustrations in varying media and formats.
Fumanal has made editorial illustrations for V, GQ Italia, GQ Style, Time, Dazed&Confused, German Glamour, El País/EP3, Marie Claire, Australian Harper’s Bazaar, Hercules, Metal, Wallpaper*, Nylon Guys, Vogue Hommes Japan, The Daily Telegraph, L’Officiel Hommes Italia, Madame Figaro, Apartamento and a great many covers for literary review Leer. His commercial client’s include Lou Dalton, Revlon, Mango, Fred Perr and Richard Nichol. He lives and works in Berlin.
