Breitenstein entered our consciousness and the fashion illustration scene through Instagram. Her process is spontaneous. Without a care in the world, she marks the paper, as if attacking her subjects with smudged markers, pastels and pen and uploads. Her Punk Rock on paper aesthetic is a counter point to the manicured, high end, luxury fashion, spoilt women, high hair and surgically faked world that she depicts.
